It’s been a very intuitive journey to Seed for Sian! Back in the day, she chose to study communications in Auckland, New Zealand. Because she loved talking to people and being in front of the camera, she thought she was destined to become a journalist.
She quickly realised there wasn’t a whole lot of creative agency in journalism, so pivoted to Marketing and majored in Public Relations. After working in-house for various companies in New Zealand, Sian moved to agency life when she came to the UK in 2022.
She loves the creativity, collaboration and psychology that goes into marketing, and it’s been exciting leaning into these passions at Seed. Sian’s communications background combined with her understanding of human psychology makes her brilliant at crafting campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences.
Outside work, Sian loves getting outside – hiking, skiing, surfing and running are favourite pastimes for moving in nature. She also releases creative energy through shooting & editing YouTube videos, painting and drawing.
