Beth McGlinchey

Beth's career began in graphic design, which she loved, but it didn't take long for her naturally organised nature to point her in a slightly different direction. Since then she has built up broad agency experience across multiple marketing channels, alongside managing client relationships, giving her a well-rounded view of how everything works together.

As Client Partner at Seed, Beth's favourite part of the job is building genuine relationships with clients and watching their businesses grow. Her creative background means she still enjoys getting involved in design and website projects, while an equally analytical side means she is just as happy buried in a spreadsheet. A rare combination, and a useful one.

Outside of work, Beth is either covered in dust renovating her house, at the theatre or an exhibition, watching F1, walking along the seafront, or hunting down the best pancakes in Brighton. Occasionally all in the same weekend.
