Jax began her finance career in the music industry, specialising in royalty accounting and building expertise in bringing clarity to creative work. Since then, she’s taken on both operational and creative roles across design, media, marketing, and wellbeing industries, always balancing financial expertise with her passion for writing and problem-solving.

Deeply committed to sustainability and clean living, Jax naturally found herself overseeing Seed’s B Corp mission. The combination of finance, creativity, and purpose is where she does her best work, and Seed allows her to channel organisational skills, structured thinking, and innovative ideas into something genuinely meaningful.

Jax’s unique blend of financial acumen and creative insight ensures projects run smoothly whilst maintaining their innovative edge and ethical foundation.

Outside work, she’s writing her first novel! You’ll find Jax listening to music, exploring the arts, practicing yoga, surrounded by trees, hiding in saunas, immersing herself in new places, or obsessing over health and nutrition (in the best possible way!).
