Joana Rodrigues

Originally from Portugal, Joana has called Brighton home for the past five years, having studied in the Midlands and built her career across agency roles in both Brighton and London. 

Starting out as a digital media assistant, she quickly found her focus in paid social and worked her way up to Senior Paid Social Executive, picking up experience across content creation, copywriting, creative direction and influencer marketing along the way.

Before joining Seed, Joana spent time at a social-leading London agency working with globally recognised brands including Guinness, Kinder and Barclays. Then, in late 2025, she did something a lot of people talk about and fewer people actually do: took five months off to travel South America.

She's back, she's energised, and she's joined Seed to work across diverse industries and see the direct impact of her work on client results.

Outside of work, you'll find Joana hiking, planning her next trip, or making the most of Brighton in the way it deserves, beach, pub, good company and all.
