Ruaraidh Johnston

After studying Marketing at university, Ruaraidh had to take an unpaid internship at a web design agency to get some experience. Four months later he managed to land a position as Digital Marketing Assistant, which he worked for a year before deciding to make the move to Brighton.

Fortunately, he found Seed and couldn’t believe that everyday work could be this enjoyable! He’s watched the agency grow from 8 people to the 35+ they’re at now, and going into his 8th year, Ruaraidh’s helping direct the Paid Search team forward whilst still being genuinely excited about what’s coming next.

His long-term perspective and deep understanding of Seed’s evolution makes him brilliant at balancing innovative strategies with the solid foundations that built the agency’s success.

Outside work, he’s very much into reading, hitting the pub with friends, attending gigs & festivals, and watching football.
