Robin Bush

Co-Founder and COO of Seed, Robin started the business with Nick from a bedroom in Redhill. His role is helping the company run at its best – solving problems, making decisions, and steering everyone in the right direction to help both the team and clients perform brilliantly.

Robin loves working things out, whether that means interpreting situations, diving into data, or simply cutting through noise to find the best way forward. Not one to shy away from the microphone (but definitely not blessed with a voice!), he can often be heard singing along to guilty pleasures in the office whilst guiding Seed’s mission and strategising key campaign components.

He’s a proper dog lover and Banff, his golden retriever, comes into the office most days as Seed’s vital happiness officer – and let’s be honest, arguably more popular than Robin!

Outside work, he’s into pretty much any sport including tennis, football, golf, padel and F1, plus good pub chats and getting competitive over games.
