Creativity has always been at the heart of everything Alicia does. After studying music at university and forming a metal band called Sypha, she built a career at Seed that’s been anything but linear.

Starting as a digital marketing apprentice, Alicia moved into the SEO team for a couple of years before discovering her true passion in the graphic design team. Her band performances fuel her love of creative expression, while design gives her the chance to channel that same energy into compelling visual storytelling for clients.

Alicia’s unique journey from music to SEO to design brings a distinctive perspective to every project, consistently delivering creative solutions that resonate with audiences across diverse industries.

Outside work, she loves listening to music, collecting tattoos, consuming too much coffee, and her ongoing mission to befriend every cat she meets (since she doesn’t have one of her own).
