Alice Gridley

Born and raised in Brighton, Alice moved to Bristol for university where she studied Graphic Design at the University of the West of England. While there, she worked as part-time supervisor at a micro ale house supporting local Somerset ales and brews – she loved the community aspect and low-carbon ethos!

At BHASVIC, Alice did Fine Art and managed to sell numerous paintings to local Bristol businesses. Her passion for creativity naturally led her to search for a creative marketing role, landing her an apprenticeship at Seed.

Alice has spent time across all departments during her apprenticeship but has gravitated towards paid media and PPC in particular. She’s learning data and performance marketing as she goes, bringing strategic thinking and creative flair that’s already showing results – even Jon’s scripts are benefiting from her artistic influence! She’s on a mission to get the PPC team more creative, especially with demand generation on the rise.

Outside work, she’s a feisty competitive netball player, office plant keeper extraordinaire, and loves mooching around discovering hidden gems in the Lanes.
