About Me

Hi I’m Beth and I’ve just joined the team as a Paid Media Executive. I’m from Essex and have recently moved to Brighton, so I’m enjoying discovering all that it has to offer! I have past experience across paid media and analytics, my passions lie where the data is – specifically understanding audiences and buyer behaviours.

Outside of work, I’m a self-confessed hobby collector and I enjoy everything from athletics to gardening. My latest project is the back garden in our new house (Pinterest is my new best friend!). I love watching TV shows and films and am always on the hunt for a new watch!

Life before Seed

I started my career as a Digital Marketing Apprentice at a technology company, gaining experience across a range of advertising platforms, analytics and working alongside a range of different retailers. This gave me a strong interest in expanding my knowledge of audiences, buyer behaviours and digital marketing.

From there I began studying Advertising, Digital Marketing Communications and French in London. I completed a placement year at a TV & Film Company as a Digital, Planning and Insights Intern. This was such a great role that enabled me to expand my analytical knowledge and planning skills, whilst developing new and informed industry knowledge working alongside different retailers and streaming platforms.

Fast forward to now,  I love being able to combine my creativity with my analytical mind to analyse audience behaviours and create data-driven campaigns. In other words, being able to use data to paint a picture.

Life with Seed

In the few weeks I’ve been with Seed, I can tell that making the leap here was worth it. The culture at Seed is so welcoming and open, every team member is willing to help you with anything you may need. Another key element of Seed that drew me to the opportunity was the focus on learning and self-growth. The Agency really encourages the team to use Fridays to learn something new – whether that may be by attending a conference, completing a course or spending time learning from a mentor.

The team at Seed are also a tight-knit bunch, they have a great working relationship and are often found doing extra-curricular activities such as Volleyball, the newly-founded film and book club, monthly socials or just a good old fashioned trip to the pub after work. It’s a team that I’m really grateful to become a part of.

I can’t wait to grow at Seed, and I look forward to working with such a great team and clients (in one heck of a city!).
