Lauren joined Seed as an apprentice right in the middle of the Covid chaos! She started out in SEO, where she quickly found a spark for content writing and email marketing, drawing on her background in fine art, graphic design and English literature.
As time went on, Lauren moved into a more client-facing role and realised how much she enjoyed building relationships with both her team and clients. The organisational side suited her perfectly too – she suspects her love of chatting comes from years of waitressing experience!
After completing a Prince2 project management course, Lauren found herself fully embedded in the client services team, where she now gets to combine creativity with organisation every day. Her diverse creative background paired with natural people skills makes her brilliant at keeping projects flowing smoothly whilst maintaining those important human connections.
Outside work, you’ll find Lauren walking dogs with her partner across the Downs, shopping (naturally!), or singing very badly at karaoke whilst sipping margaritas.
