Newspaper Club helps creative businesses and individuals bring ideas to life in print. Since 2010, they’ve produced over 20 million newspapers for clients worldwide, offering free design tools, clear guidance, and friendly support – using papers that are 100% recycled or sustainably sourced.
Before partnering with Seed, Newspaper Club was well regarded, with standout work for well-known brands, but wanted to level up their paid social performance. Objectives included: increasing revenue by 15% across new and repeat customers, expanding paid social across Meta (with future platform testing), and sharpening strategic approach for both B2B and B2C audiences.
We began by building a strong foundation on Meta, then scaled what worked.
We initially launched in the UK, then once confident with strategy and consistent results, expanded to the US and tested additional regions (e.g., Switzerland). Early results showed strong purchase momentum, However, when the Newspaper Club team prioritised more sample packs, we pivoted campaign optimisation and creative to lead generation while maintaining revenue performance.
