We recently caught up with Bella to see how she was getting on. Bella joined the Seed team around three months ago and works in the Business Development department.
About Me
Hi there, my name is Bella and I’ve been part of Seed for three months, in the role of Business Development Manager. I grew up in East Sussex, in a country village outside of Brighton, but moved away for university and the subsequent years after graduating. There really is no place like home, which is why in 2019, I moved back to sunny Sussex. Outside of work I can be found show jumping with my horse or walking the South Downs with my two cocker spaniels.
Life Before Seed
With a passion for all things horse, it may come as no surprise to learn that I studied Equine Business Management at university. This course covered everything from journalism, business and marketing to biology, nutrition and so much more. Following university I found myself in sales roles whilst building a business that helped shape my career.
I am very much a practical learner so by implementing my own marketing structures, I discovered what I liked and was good at. Attempting to start a business is no easy task, but for me it was a learning process, one that taught me a lot and certainly helped land my first in-house marketing role. Fast forward to today, I now have many years of business, sales and marketing experience both in-house and agency.
Life With Seed
The last three months have absolutely flown by and I have loved every second of it. Seed has been everything I hoped for and more. In what is a fairly short space of time, I have grown hugely as an individual.
I have Seed to thank for that!
