About Me:
My name is Niamh, and I have recently joined Seed in the role of Digital Marketing Project Manager. I’m from just outside of Dublin, Ireland, and am already loving Brighton! Most of my plans this summer revolve around getting to see/do everything that Brighton has to offer, so I’m very much looking forward to that! I love to travel, walk, read, and will follow Ireland in pretty much any sport on the planet!
Life Before Seed:
My background is a bit of a mixed bag! I studied Journalism at university, which brought me to study in Belgium for a semester. Once I graduated, I headed straight to NYC, where I completed a marketing internship that really whet my appetite for the exciting marketing world. Once I returned home, I took on a six month diploma course in Digital Marketing, that led me to my previous roles as a digital editor at one of Ireland’s biggest publishing houses. I then took a detour and had a brief stint in PR which really opened my eyes to every different aspect of this complex industry. I love to create content, work alongside amazing brands and clients, and to use all my experience and knowledge to further any project I’m involved in.
Life With Seed:
The first thing I noticed when I joined Seed was just how helpful, friendly and enthusiastic everyone was. I can already tell that I am going to learn a huge amount from working with such an enormously talented team.
Since the pandemic, it has become even more important for employees to feel secure and to be able to take advantage of remote working to ensure a positive work/life balance. Especially when living away from family and friends at home, the remote working offered by Seed is hugely beneficial. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
