My/Architect is a London-based architectural practice that specialises in home extensions, renovations, and interior design. Founded by Harry Molyneux, the firm takes a unique “design-match-build” approach, supporting homeowners through every stage of their project – from the initial idea to planning approval and selecting the right contractor.
My/Architect began working with Seed in 2023, with the PPC team successfully generating traffic and leads via Google Ads. When the idea of branching into social media was raised, Harry was on board. We proposed a six-month test to see whether social could deliver the kind of performance we believed it was capable of and the results spoke for themselves.
With no previous social advertising in place, this was a blank slate – and a unique opportunity for Seed to build a strategy from the ground up.
We started by using proven insights from My/Architect’s paid search campaigns – identifying top-performing keywords, locations and messaging that had already been driving results, providing us a strong foundation to inform the social strategy.
Next, our design team developed a sleek visual identity tailored for social. Drawing inspiration from My/Architect’s clean, modern branding and high-quality project imagery, we created content that was both eye-catching and true to the brand’s personality.
The social team brought the creative to life with scroll-stopping ads that not only looked great, but resonated with the right audience. Alongside this, we built a seamless funnel strategy to guide potential clients from discovery to enquiry, using precise targeting and messaging to drive action. Launching the first ads within a month was a key milestone, and seeing leads roll in soon after made it all the more rewarding.
