About the Role

Seed is looking for an experienced Account Manager/Client Partner to join our innovative digital marketing agency in Brighton. Our client services team are crucial to our agency’s growth and stability, and we’re looking for an experienced client services professional to join us in this pivotal role for the next stage of our growth.

You will be working across the agency as part of the client services team, in a fundamental role, ensuring the growth, health, and retention of our client relationships.

You will work closely with our delivery teams to provide support and guidance to drive growth for both Seed and our clients. You will also work closely with the wider client services team to continually improve our client service offering and ensure we’re offering the best client experience possible.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time. In addition, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with solid organisational and coordination skills.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding and passion for SEO, PPC and Paid Social.

  • Location: Hybrid - Brighton and Remote
  • Salary: £35k - £45k
  • Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to support retention and account growth
  • Lead regular client communications, including status updates, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with delivery teams
  • Maintain full accountability for the health of client accounts, including delivery quality, timelines, and commercial performance
  • Flag risks early and work proactively with internal teams to resolve issues before they impact client relationships
  • Contribute to renewal conversations and long-term account planning
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
  • Collaborate with the wider client services team to continually improve processes and client experience
  • Champion an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

  • Confident, clear, and professional communicator, able to build trust with a range of stakeholders including leading conversations around performance and challenges
  • Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Paid Social, with the ability to discuss strategy, performance, and opportunities credibly
  • Calm and effective under pressure
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
